Background and objectives

Orange had more than 50 Facebook Pages. That’s a lot a communities. Orange needs to integrate those Pages and create a simple way for users to navigate from one Orange Page to the other.

Tigerlily Solution

Orange Games has partnered with the inter-generational stars of the Ubisoft Studios “The Raving Rabbits” to reach a broad community ranging from 13 to 45 years old. A digital terminal proposed to exhibitors to take a picture with a “Raving Rabbit”. Then pictures were uploaded and posted on a Facebook application (with the consent of participants), accessible from the “Expo Game Story” tab
The community was invited to vote for their favorite portraits. To win votes, each participant had the opportunity to share and tweet photos. To boost the viral aspect and increase votes, cool gifts were provided to best contributors. The comments were also open.

Results

From November 17th, 2011 to January 22nd, 2012, the “Expo Game Story” application has attracted nearly 6,000 unique visitors for more than 1,000 participants and 700 votes. During the first week of participation, Orange Jeux has recruited more than 1,500 fans. A nice initiative to link an experience “IRL” (In Real Life) with an interactive contest on the web. Beyond the animation of its community, Orange recruited new fans on an event where the operator was partner.
