System Administrator
Based in Paris

The position:

You are in charge of the maintenance and evolutions of the platform system infrastructure. You will work closely with the development team.

Maintenance:

- server administration (patches, security, software dependencies installation)
- platform monitoring (nagios, monitoring scripts)
- installation and provisioning of debian servers
- administration of the local infrastructure (network and staging servers)

Evolutions:

- rework the log management / provide a new solution to setup and provision new servers / work on the application deployment process
- work with the development and product teams while defining new products

Skills we’re looking for:

- a least two years in system administration in web environments
- mastering debian administration and MySql database administration
- knowhow in monitoring tools (Nagios...)
- capacity planing of web applications / SQL (proxy, cache...)
- skills: autonomy and proactivity, you are expected to take part of the architecture decisions
